Admissions: How to Begin

Reaching out is the hardest step, so we've made everything after it as simple as possible. Three steps separate you from arrival — and the first one is a single confidential message.

1

Confidential enquiry

Send us a WhatsApp message — about yourself, or someone you love. A member of our clinical team (not a salesperson) replies personally, usually within the hour, any day, any time zone. You can ask anything. There is no obligation, no pressure, and your message is read only by the clinical team. Many people talk with us for days or weeks before deciding — that's fine.

2

Private assessment

When you're ready, we arrange a confidential call with our clinical team. We'll talk through what's been happening, your substance history, your physical and mental health, and what you want from treatment. From this we recommend a program and length honestly — including telling you if we believe a different kind of care would serve you better. You'll receive a clear written summary: program, dates, full price, and a medical plan for withdrawal support if it's needed.

3

Arrival

We help you organise the practical side: flight guidance, visa information and airport pickup by our team — you are met in person and brought directly to the centre. Day one is gentle: a medical check, a quiet dinner, your own room, rest. The full program begins when your body is ready, not by force of schedule.

Visa and travel

Most nationalities receive an Indonesian visa on arrival (30 days, extendable once to 60), which comfortably covers a 28-day program. For 60- and 90-day stays we help you arrange the appropriate visa or extension — our team handles the paperwork guidance so you don't have to research immigration rules while preparing for treatment. Fly into Denpasar (DPS); from there, we take over.

What to bring

  • Comfortable, light clothing — Bali is warm year-round; loose cotton is perfect
  • Swimwear, a hat and sandals; modest activewear for yoga and movement sessions
  • Any prescribed medication in its original packaging, declared to our medical team in advance
  • Your passport (valid 6+ months) and travel insurance details
  • A journal, a few books, photos of people you love
  • An open mind — everything else (meals, toiletries, linens, daily essentials) is provided

Please leave at home: alcohol, non-prescribed substances of any kind, and as much work as you possibly can. Phones and laptops are permitted with sensible structure agreed during your first days.

Coming for someone you love?

Many enquiries come from husbands, wives, parents and friends. We will guide you on how to raise the conversation with care — our article on helping a loved one with addiction is a good starting point, and we're happy to talk with you confidentially before anything is mentioned to them.

Costs for every program length are openly listed on our pricing page, and the eight programs themselves are described under treatment programs.

The First Step Fits in One Message

Confidential, unhurried, no obligation. Tell us what's been happening, and we'll take it from there — together.
